Repentance - 1st Step In Succeeding With God

What are the hardest two words in the English language..." I'm sorry". We hate to
admit we are wrong, but something great happens when we let go of our pride and
say these words. It's healing and forgiveness, especially when we ask God.

and saying, "The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and
believe in the gospel." Mark 1:15 (NKJV)

So they went out and preached that people should repent. Mark 6:12 (NKJV)

The LORD is near to those who have a broken heart, And saves such as
have a contrite spirit. Psalms 34:18 (NKJV)

He heals the brokenhearted And binds up their wounds.
Psalms 147:3 (NKJV)

If iniquity were in your hand, and you put it far away, And would not let
wickedness dwell in your tents; Then surely you could lift up your face
without spot; Yes, you could be steadfast, and not fear;
