Would you allow me a moment to pat myself on the back? Thank you. What I’m bragging about is that during the many years I have cooked for my large family and for all the friends I’ve invited for dinner, there have been few, if any, real cooking disasters – well, not unless you count the occasional French Bread burnt under the broiler. But hey, we’ve all done that, right? Anyway, I don’t consider that bona fide cooking.
